Target Windows has successfully bid for two commercial contracts to supply and fit the windows and doors in the latest developments by Adlington Homes. The new addition to Target’s portfolio is part of the respected Gladman Group, and specialises in the construction of market-leading retirement apartments that support independent living for the over 55s in Cheshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, North Wales and the North West.
The first site, Adlington House, is in Urmston, Greater Manchester. Target Windows will install energy-efficient windows and doors in 55 private luxury apartments, with completion scheduled for November 2017.
The second development, at Brooklands House, Stafford, is due to be completed in Spring 2018 and will feature the very best that Adlington Homes has to offer – a testament to Target Windows’ ability to support such an impressive development.
Target Windows Director, Guy Basnett, commented:
“This is the first time that Target Windows has worked with a Gladman Group company, and we are delighted that they have chosen us to deliver two such prestigious projects. The doors and windows that our team will be installing at both sites will ensure energy efficiency and security for residents.”
The Adlington Homes’ win follows a string of commercial success stories for the Stoke-on-Trent based company, who recently completed the installation of energy-efficient windows and doors in seven new homes and a large block of apartments in Mancetter, Warwickshire, and supported the re-development of a series of Stoke-on-Trent tower blocks in conjunction with Kier Stoke and Kier Construction.
